Our Story
Holly Well Drilling was founded in 1976 by Gary Holly. It was later run by Joseph Holly, Gary's brother. In 2022, Nate Holly, Joseph's son, took over operation of the family business. Holly Well Drilling is located outside Dorchester, Nebraska and services many surrounding counties in southeast Nebraska.
Meet the Team
Nate Holly, Owner and Operator
Nate has worked for Holly Well Drilling for many years. Growing up, Nate helped his dad (Joe) in the summer, then began working full-time after high school in 2008. Over the years, Nate has gained valuable experience working along side his dad (Joe) and uncle (Gary). In addition, Nate attends continuing education classes to keep updated on the current trends and information, while furthering his knowledge in the well drilling industry.
Joseph Holly
Joe assists with the operation of Holly Well Drilling. Over the years, Joe has accrued a vast knowledge of the well drilling industry. With over 46 years experience, Joe's role and dedication to Holly Well Drilling gives them an unmatched competitive edge.
